Why Train with Nikki?
Not a lot of trainers and coaches understand how hard it can be to say “no” to others in order to say “yes” to yourself. But I do.
Train with Nikki 8-Week Challenge was inspired by my own fit mom journey where I went from overwhelmed, overweight, and out of shape to feeling strong, fit, and confident.
It’s my mission to help women realize that living your happiest, healthiest, most confident life doesn’t have to be miserable.
